V1.1 Update

Here's some quick fixes since the game is way too hard!

- Blanche is slower and easier now. She no longer tracks you like a homing missile.

- Max upgradeable speed nerfed to compensate.

- You no longer lose money when dying. Instead, you get a bonus for surviving.

- You can press ESC to skip cutscenes now.

- Fixed a bug where your star rank could be lost.

I haven't figured out how to save progress between different builds yet. So, if you've had your money and upgrades stolen by this update, feel free to use this cheat: Press 0 (at the top of the keyboard) on the shop screen to get free money.
